Well I wont bog down your thread with details, but just the usual. Two jobs, planning a wedding and doing some minor renovations to the Apt have kept my social life to almost nil HAHA.
I still dont have a truck, I am most likely buying a family type car for the wife, so hopefully within the next year I will be back at it. My biggest motivation is going on another trip with ORP! The one night I spent in Mojave with ya'll was very enjoyable so I am looking forward to doing that again! |

Just finished spending a couple of days reading through your build thread, all I can say is WOW! One question (2 parts) for George. Do the hood scoops make a big difference now that everything functions properly and are they made of sheet metal or steel?

I am glad to read that you finally have the overheating problem solved. It's too bad that you had to go through all that, but I appreciate your letting others know. If I need to replace my radiator I will just get one from the dealer. And I agree with another person who said that Clifford is the coolest looking xj. Thanks again for posting all the trials and tribulations you guys had to go through. Bob
