Annual ORP Planning Meeting | 2027 Calendar Year

ORP trips happen because our volunteers show up and lead! 

This in-person meeting is where we build the 2027 calendar: who is leading, what we are running, and when it happens.

Bring a route idea, a map, a GPX file, or just curiosity. First-time leaders are welcome. If you need help with an area, ratings, or mapping, someone at the table can help.

At this meeting we will: 

• Line up volunteer trail leaders for Members-Only and open trips
• Lock in key dates like the Holiday Party and Gala 2027
• Toss around outreach ideas to grow the club
