Day 6 - Henry's Car Wash Trail - 10 vehicles in attendance

The last day we ran an easy trail from the eastern side of the Hualapai's all the way up to the top of the mountains. It turned cold and rainy that day, kind of reflecting our moods; we were tired and a little homesick.

All my pics from the day here

Cool looking waterfall alongside the trail

Easy graded mountain road

Went through a gorgeous boulder strewn area

Stopped for a break

Cows

This one kind of chased after us bawling really loud, as if saying DROP THE HAY AND NOBODY GETS HURT!

All the way to the top!!!

Amazing view

We aired up at the Hualapai Mountain Lodge and went our separate ways.

It was an amazing 6 day event! Huge shout out to 'stockjeep' Wayne for leading 5 days of difficult trails in a row! We felt tired by the end, so Wayne had to have been absolutely exhausted. Thanks also to Ric Swats for organizing the event through his facebook page Rocks & Wheels and for sharing his photos with me. I have a pictorial feature about March Madness coming out in JPFreek very soon which wouldn't have been nearly as good without Ric's shots. Thank you Christian for sharing this event with us at Offroad Passport and getting us involved with it. We're definitely in if there's another one next year.
