Default Needle grease gun tip
On a recent jeep trip, the CV joint on my front driveshaft began making noise. It requires a needle tip on the grease gun to lube it and of course I didn't have mine with me. I went to Oreilly's and found this adapter.
It does require you to change the end fitting on the grease gun, but that takes about 1 minute. Boy,does this thing work well! 100% of the grease went into the fitting, and it also worked well on the regular zerk fittings on the ujoints.

Lincoln # 5803.
For reference, I had been using the style of adapter that plugs into the end of the grease gun. No matter how hard I tried, I always had some leakage where the adapter plugged into the grease gun.

I was impressed enough to make this post! I recommend this tool!

I have to use a needle tip to grease my rear drive shaft. No room for regular zerts.
