Ladybug 699 Posted December 30, 2013 Help Needed! This year's Holiday Party is bigger and better than any we've hosted so far! So we're looking for a few volunteer's to help out: We need 1 or 2 people to organize the Cookie Contest, count votes, and award the prize. We need 1 or 2 people to organize the food people bring for Pot Luck dishes so they stay cold, warm, or whatever. We need some people willing to gather wood for the fire (can't be store-bought pine so we ask for gatherers). We need 1 or 2 people to monitor the grill and bring cooked food to the tables. Post up what you're willing to help out with please! Hey Diane...I can start a sign up sheet for the potluck....Do we need someone to bring plates, silverware etc or are people responsible for their own utensils? And what about tables? and do people bring their own meat or is that a sign up item? Yes somebody needs to bring plates, forks & such. People need to bring tables too, in years past they somehow just magically appeared. We used to say everybody bring something to grill and a dish to share, but now there are so many people signed up that I think it would be easier if some people brought hotdogs & hamburgers and some people brought sides.
