Along with being entered in this awesome drawing and all the other perks that come with the upgrade, here are a few more reasons why you might consider upgrading your membership to Premium Club:

2/15 - 2/17/2014: Dripping Springs & Haraquala Peak near Quartzsite, AZ: 4x4 Moderate, Dry Tent Camping

Spend your three day President's weekend exploring these top-notch historical sites! Saturday we'll take the trail to beautiful and abundant petroglyphs at Dripping Springs maybe see some mining ruins and then tent-camp for the night. We'll spend the next day discovering more mining ruins and the Smithsonian observation station atop southern Arizona's highest peak before camping near a crumbling rock homestead. Both trails are mostly easy with a few mild obstacles on the Dripping Springs trail. Join us for all or part of the adventure!

5/19 - 5/20/2014: Red Creek near Cave Creek, AZ: 4x4 Difficult, Dry Tent Camping

Red Creek is a fun and challenging trail literally along a creek bed that ends at the Verde River. We'll set up camp near the edge of the river where a couple short hikes to Indian ruins and an aircraft landing strip are on opposite ridges above the creek. Although much of the trail is rated easy (gravel road), there are some rock-crawl style obstacles once in the creek bed. We can't be certain of the trail's condition due to the ever-changing nature of Arizona water-ways; threfore we are listing this trip as difficult.

7/13 - 7/17/2014 The Rubicon Trail near Lake Tahoe, CA: 4x4 Difficult, Dry Tent Camping

The Rubicon is a difficult 4x4 rock crawling trail located in the High Sierras once known as the McKinney-Rubicon Springs Road. Rated difficult, the it's about 19 miles of incredibly scenic, rocky and unmaintained road in El Dorado and Placer Counties. Our journey will begin in Georgetown, CA, a tiny hamlet nestled on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California's Gold Country, and access the Rubicon through Wentworth Springs. We'll spend 4 days and 3 nights out on the trail, taking our time to soak up the excellent 4-wheeling and incredible views.

9/20 - 9/21/2014: Log Corral, Bartlett Lake & 'Splorin near Scottsdale, AZ: 4x4 Difficult, Dry Tent Camping

September should be an awesome time to camp at Bartlett Lake! Join us to run the Log Corral trail (the only difficult portion of this trip due to a rock-crawl section), and then explore coves along the eastern end of Bartlett Lake, ultimately stopping to frolic in the water and camp! Sunday we'll continue on the power line road northward exploring along the way and ending our adventure at Sunflower and Highway 87.

10/11 - 10/13/2014: Dripping Springs Canyon near Yuma, AZ: 4x4 Moderate, Dry Tent Camping

Located near The Devil's Highway is a little known trail traversing Dripping Springs Canyon. Cutting a path from the Barry Goldwater Range to the Fortuna Mine, we'll stop to play on real military tanks, inspect spent practice artillery, abandoned vehicles, a spring and some mines; there will be plenty of photo-ops along the way. The mostly easy trail is rated moderate due to a few rocky sections where good ground clearance and careful tire placement are needed.

Give it some thought - we'd love to see you all out there on the trail...
