All we need is the recipe Jim!

Wellllllll, it is really breakfast food but I like breakfast anytime. Scrambled eggs with shreaded hashbrowns and sausage, onion, green chiles (mild), and shreadded cheese on top. Takes about 50 minutes to cook. I'm using a 6 qt Dutch oven. I was not planning on feeding the whole troop on this dish, just one of the pot luck items. Probably feeds 4 very hungry people, maybe 8 little old ladies :D Will need other dishes to provide more food for all.

Not into breakfast at night, I could do something else.

Karen, Dave and I plan to meet up at the intersection of US 93 and 71, just outside of Congress, as we'll be coming from Yuma. We understand Jim, Tim and Devon are planning to meet the group there as well and that 10 am should be about the right time to get there. Let us know if we should be there earlier.

2 bay leaves

Everything else is taken care of. Curly, I'll bring my big oven.

Curly - charcoal

Jim, I will let you bring your oven, as you have more room than I do in your jeep! Plus I haven't got out to the shed yet to confirm what size my oven is! (Been making cookies!) And can you bring one or two items less, in case someone else want to chip in? And Roy, maybe 2 cans so someone else can bring another 2?

Everyone....My Bad. When Scramblin Jim suggested a dutch oven meal, I jumped to the conclusion that he was suggesting that we would have just one big pot of food, and so I proceeded to find a meal that would serve 12-14. So rather than everyone bring something to chip into the meal, we simply have one big pot of food. I hope this is ok. Again, please do not feel as if you need to participate, Nor do you need to chip in to bring something to this pot of food in order to participate. You can see how the pot has filled already!

Sorry for the confusion that this has caused!
