tucsonWJ 1 Posted June 9, 2015 I've got the afore mentioned item up for grabs. I know that people swap in the WJ knuckes to other jeeps just not sure which ones. It's free to a good home so let me know if your interested. Axle shaftes, brakes, and unit bearings are removed.
tucsonWJ 1 Posted October 17, 2015 Still have this. I'll also throw in the d35 from the rear. Any one interested? Going in the dumpster if not.
dbell 0 Posted October 21, 2015 I am interested but I live in New Mexico. Going to have to check shiping. They are still in good shape?
tucsonWJ 1 Posted October 21, 2015 Are you looking for the whole axle, or just the knuckles?
dbell 0 Posted October 21, 2015 To be honest with you I just saw your post and didn't want the stuff to go to the trash. Lol, figured it wouldn't hurt to have spare parts around.
tucsonWJ 1 Posted October 22, 2015 That's a lot of money in shipping for them not to go in the trash. I'll keep them around till someone needs them to save you the money on the shipping. Unless you really want them.
theksmith 5,778 Posted October 22, 2015 i *think* the knuckles work on any dana 30 from a TJ/ZJ/XJ/etc. - they get rid of the inverted "Y" style steering and are often done at the same time someone is thinking of changing to 1-ton duty parts because a new drag-link and tie-rod are needed. changes to the track-bar or it's mounting bracket to keep the geometry correct may be required as well. more info: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/wj-knuckle-swap-parts-list-1216365/
dbell 0 Posted October 23, 2015 Ok we'll thanks for the advice. Sure appreciate it. Have a good one.
PMA4x4 4 Posted July 6, 2016 Still have these? Are these complete axles and do you know the gear ratio?
tucsonWJ 1 Posted July 8, 2016 I do still have them. I belive they are 3.55 gears. The axles were bad so the are gone and the brakes are gone as well. Basically just a knuckle to knuckle with the center section for the front. Rear is basically same situation. I belive I hav the shafts but they need new seals.
