tool roll

Recommended Posts

Some time ago my wife decided to sew a tool roll for me.

I gave her a rough idea of what I thought I wanted to store in this roll and she made a paper pattern of the roll using a few of the tools to get the size correct. She also checked the internet for tool rolls that were offered for sale. The one she made for me is based on a very nicely designed piece that is offered for sale.

I'm very happy with how it turned out. The large flap at the top is great for keeping tools and parts out of the dirt.

tell her great job!

i've seen some of the commercial ones, but yours has more space than most and is a one-of-a-kind too - nice!

I like it because it is cloth. Great job. Way better than the plastic ones I have that get stiff and brittle.
