Updated the attending roster, and added payment for camping instructions to the first post. (Sorry guys, didn't realize I'd left that out! ) Here is a copy of the update:

 

Camping Prices: (Includes Friday & Saturday nights - Kids under 15 Free!)

 

• $20 Per Person paid in advance / $25 Per Person paid at event
• Add $25 for RVs or Travel Trailers (no hook-ups)
• No refunds for cancellations after August 30, 2018.
• We reserved TWO group sites to give us more camping/parking room (the large one on the left and the middle one).

 

To Pay in Advance:

 

• Be sure to include 'Cinders', your Offroad Passport User Name and #of guests/RV/Trailers with your payment.


• Send payment via Paypal to info@offroadpassport.com before 8/31/2018.

 

To Pay at the Event: Please bring cash or check, see Diane at the event.
