I did, they asked for a screen shot so they can see the problem. I decided to skip the tablet/geocache idea, and just buy a handheld. I picked up a Garmin 64s yesterday at Cabela's. Its a lot like my old magellen but with more bells and whistles. Best part is I can download caches directly into the unit and no longer have to do it manually.

I agree, that's why I use my phone as the hand held GPS.
