We ordered the the T&T Customs axle truss this morning. Shouldn't be too long now, but I think G's going to need help getting that axle out...

Thanks you guys for the offer of help. I decided I didn't need to pull the axle after all. Here's a picture with the Jeep lifted and the axle sitting on jack stands with the upper links removed. (Take a look at the spring cups in this picture, I am going to cut them off and tilt them forward during this repair episode):

Here are the spring cups, I'm going to rotate them 180* so they sit about a half inch back on the axle tube and are cocked forward a bit; this fine tunes the springs after relocating the upper spring cups a couple months ago.

The next step is buying tabs to weld on the truss for my upper links. Stay Tuned! George

Brown finally brought my Rockkrawler flex joints for the truss end of my control arms today. I had picked up some tabs from Super Duty Headquarters about a week ago, so I was ready to go! Today I mocked and tacked everything into place.

Here's the TnT Truss mocked in:

Here's the coil buckets mocked in:

Towards the end of the arduous task of mocking all my new parts in, I blew out my flip flop.

Stay tuned for the rest...
