First things first - the flop repair worked and held:

Then I got my tabs welded in and braced:

Next the truss will get welded to the axle. George

I got the truss and spring buckets welded in and the brake lines re-routed today. Here's the truss prepped for welding:

I added gussets to the truss so I could weld to the pumpkin front and back:
