I'm testing out 35" tires to see how those 4 little squirrels can handle them, and to see if there are clearance or rubbing or other issues. Tires and wheels on loan from LO PHAT, thanks dude!

The before pics of Number 7 on 33's:

These are 35" KM2's with about 40% of the tread remaining.

So far I've driven it on the road and noticed only a very slight difference. It's a little slower from a dead stop and Number 7 rides a little higher, but not much difference otherwise. I will say these tires are much quieter on the street!

Do you have concerns about:

1.) The 35s on the Super 30? Is your Dana 30 reverse rotation?

2.) The ability of #7 to put gumption behind them while off road?

I have contemplated going to 35s, since I have to buy new tires and the V8 will turn them. I have always been(when she was running) good with 33s. Does 35 only add 1 inch of clearance?

This is a test, for the next several week I will be conducting a test to see if Number 7 can handle 35 inch tires. Please stand by for further information as I move to the offroad, flex and rubbing portion of this test. This is only a test. George:cool:

I do like them but they rub at full flex and my crawl ratio is thrown off a bit. 35s are in my future, just need some adjustments. I have a plan, parts are stacking up in the garage. George:cool::);)
