I would like to be added to the list. That is opening day for deer season so if I get drawn for deer I won't be able to make it.

Thanks,

Benny.

D,

Will these spots fit a full-sized pickup towing a car hauler? I was thinking of trailering my Jeep up there, but if that won't work, I will just drive the Jeep with my little trailer.

@GRUNT I've never been there so I can't say the spot you picked for sure will fit a truck & car hauler, but there is plenty of room on the site, even it if doesn't fit in your space. So that is a YES!

So my wife had a suggestion for this event. :)

Since this is the weekend before Halloween, what about a pumpkin carving contest?

@4x4tographer that's a great idea! I'd thought about trying to do something for for the kids, like a costume contest or something!

You mean like everybody bring your carved pumpkin? Or do the carving on site? Let's flesh this out!

She's thinking carving on site! We'll have the nice ramada in the middle of the loop. Every brings their favorite gourd and some carving tools.

We're happy to volunteer to bring a big honking' bag of votive candles and some extra large extra tough garbage bags to manage the pumpkin fillings/leftovers.

Costumes for the kids are a good idea too!

@4x4tographer Awesome! Thanks for proposing this; I'll work on it and add to the details of the 1st post (out of town this weekend but I'll get to it next week). This is going to be SO MUCH FUN!!
