FCC GMRS Application License Fee Reduced to $35

FCC has reduced the GMRS Application License Fee from $70 to $35.  Once processed, the license is good for 10 years.  The new fee goes into effect April 19th, 2021.  Here is a good step-by-step process to register and apply for the license:  https://www.azgmrs.org/how-to-get-a-gmrs-license.php

Doesn't look like its in effect yet, I just got my license and it was still $70. I read somewhere that it still needs to be ratified by the Senate or something like that
