Burro Creek Campground isn't too far, depending on weather may camp there.

If you are ok without hookups, there are a few nice spots along the way in, east side of 93, that you can camp at.  Assuming those spots aren't taken already.....It is a dirt trail, and the spots are not far in.  And as Leigh said, the Burro Creek campground is not far either.  I'm not sure what they have for hookups, and it is a small campground, so you may want to check it out further.

I don't believe they have hookups (it's been awhile since I've been there), however they do have real bathrooms (no showers that I recall) but running water and real toilets.  It's actually a very pretty campground up against the canyon.  There is also a group campground there as well.

Sign me up.   I will bring a pop up and also do appetizers.   I'll watch the list and help fill any gaps as we get closer.

Hey, do people camp the night?

We're thinking of camping out.

It's pretty nice right where we're having the party, lots of places along the way.

I don't recall ever  driving US60 out of Phoenix?   Are there big hills like I17 or the Beeline to Payson or is it pretty flat?

Count me in.  I'll bring condiments and cheese.  I'd prefer to camp overnight.

Please remove us. With this location can't work out the logistics/finances with the dogs.

the 60 to Wickenburg is tame, but then you take the the 93 from there to Nothing and that does have some major hills - thought it's not nearly as curvey as the 87 Beeline.

bummer guys, you could definitely find a place to dry camp with your RV somewhere out there - but i do realize you practically have to take out a loan just for the fuel to move that beast!
