Double cardan U-joint question

Can anyone help me figure out what those tabs / ears (highlighted in gold) are called?  They are attached to the double cardan U-joint bearing caps so you can bolt the U-joint to a yolk.   But how are they attached to the caps?  Do you have to buy special U-joints to get them?  I have searched the internet with no luck.......  @Curly ? @ob1jeeper ?  Thanks!

They are part of the inner part of the joint.  It will come out if your remove the ujoint in the picture.

Read your question again, I'm not sure what you are asking.  The Ujoint is held int the centering yoke by the H Yoke ( in your pic) One side is in the H yoke and the other rests in the centering yoke and bolts against the Yoke on the Transmission/t-case.  There are are some good videos on You tube about rebuilding them. You might find your answer there.
