Looking to see if there is any interest from anyone wanting to do the Mohave Road trail. 117 miles taking you from Az to Ca through the Mohave National Preserve. Lots of geological and historical features. Anytime between now and hot.

that's a classic overland trip!

i've done it 3 times so i'm not quite ready to go again - but if you need any help planning, just let me know!

also, the Mojave Road Guide book is a great resource for the history of the route and many of the points-of-interest out there.

Last did this trip before ORP was born.   Depending on timing, I could be persuaded to go again...  ;)

The last time we ran it as a group a Permit was required from the Dept. of Interior. I still have all my copies around here somewhere, so if you need info about it let me know.

We'd likely be interested as well depending on the dates. Sometime between arctic temps, dust storms, or boiling heat!!  Lol

I would be interested. My last trip there got cut short due to frigid high winds.
