Chock full of friends, family, games, prizes, laughter and dirt – there’s fun for everyone! Stay with us at improved group site at Kaibab Lake Campground in your tent, trailer, or RV. Be sure to enter the salsa & dip contests, or you could simply sample and vote. Don't miss out on the fun! Grab the family and come spend a weekend with us. Don't be that person hearing about all the great stuff you missed for the next whole year! Sign up now! LOCATION Group site(s) at Kaibab Lake Campground near Williams, AZ. Less than 3 hours from Phoenix, directions here... COST Camping Fee (includes 2 night stay in group site): The fees will be announced soon. We need a better idea of how many and what type of rigs are coming to determine if we need 1 or 2 of the group sites. $TBA base cost per adult (kids under 16 are free!) $TBA additional per vehicle pulling military style trailer / "bar-cart" or, $TBA additional per RV or vehicle with a travel trailer MAX RV Length is TBA Camping Fees NON-Refundable after Aug 21, 2022 Non-Campers Suggested Donation: This is ORP's annual fundraising event, and the reimbursement money from the campsite is our primary fundraising source. Folks that aren't camping can help out by making a donation of $15/person (adult). Our club and supporting membership upgrades only cover our most basic operating costs and so we really rely on this event to help us out. ITINERARY Will be updated as we nail down event details Friday (9/15) Arrive anytime after 2 PM, most folks show up mid afternoon. Setup your campsite. Dinner (self-prepared) and campfire social time, be sure to welcome any new faces! Saturday (9/16) Easy rated trail ride (destination TBA) ORP Annual Salsa & Dip Contest (late afternoon) 50/50 Raffle Announcements and Prizes Campfire social time, visit with old friends and get to know new folks! Sunday (9/17) Leisurely break camp, bid friends adieu & head home anytime! IMPORTANT NOTES This is a family-friendly event! Please familiarize yourself with Offroad Passport's Pet Policy (click here)... Alcohol at camp is OK - please be responsible and respectful. ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING & DRIVING! Please print, sign, and bring this form with you to the event (click here)... Be sure to bring everything you need for meals, including to cook with. Annual Salsa & Dip Contest: Enter your homemade salsa or chip/veggie dip! Keep on ice until Saturday evening. Offroad Passport supplies the chips, but you're welcome to bring more. Everyone come hungry! Enjoy the chips, salsas and dips and VOTE for the winners! The salsa and dip contests will compete separately - there will be 2 winners! Each winner gets to choose a new style ORP shirt! (lots of colors!) 50/50 ORP Raffle: Back by popular demand is a 50/50 raffle! That was seperate from the group site and fit our 45ft rv and we could fit another truck and trailer behind us too.
