If you might not make it, please let us know ASAP - especially if you are signed up for something other than a random side dish! Weather: Looks like some rain today and tomorrow should keep the dust down. It's supposed to be clear and sunny with a high of about 60* on Saturday. Reminder of meetup times/locations - please be on time, or you will get left behind! Meetup / Trail Info: Option #1 - Short/Direct Easy Ride to the party: Meet @4x4tographer at 10:00AM in the gravel parking lot beside Wild Horse West restaurant. Click here for a map... Please arrive fueled up and ready to go! Note there is a gas station right next door. This shorter route to the party is via a sandy wash, doable by most any high-clearance 2wd truck or suv. Option #2 - Moderate Trail Ride to the party: Meet @theksmith at 9:00AM at the Boulders OHV staging area (far end, near the pit toilets). Click here for a map... This trail is doable by a stock high-clearance 4wd rig with a 4-LO transfer case option and aggressive A/T or M/T tires, such as a Wrangler or Tacoma. Other rigs might need a small 1" or 2" lift. Suitable solid-mounted front or rear recovery points are required.
