Coke Ovens to Battleaxe Trail Dec 2010

We had a great day of wheeling in FJ, my favorite area to wheel around here. We went in at Price Road, through Box Canyon, past the play hill, and then out towards the Coke Ovens. We went as far as overlooking the ovens where we had lunch, and then went out the Battleaxe Trail, which had been recently graded, so the travel was fast and scenic.

Diane -no pics yet, but WOW and WOW! What a fun trail AND most awesome scenery!!! Thanks for putting this together....You and George did a great job! It was fun to meet some new faces too! and get back with others as well! Merry Christmas everyone!!

Thanks to G and D for leading a great run, and a special thanks to Karen for letting me 'tag along'. We started around 1,500 feet and finished at 3,000 feet thirty-five miles later!
