We pause at the top of the hill overlooking the coke ovens, and break for lunch. Clifford provides us a table top! Kudos as a group in recognizing the private property of the ovens.

We head over to the BattleAxe trail, on our way out. There was some thought of some of the group crossing the Gila and taking a shorter way home, but ain't nobody crossing the river here....

 

And Wow and Wow on the BattleAxe trail!!!

 

 

 

Our final stop at the artesian well....

 

It was a great trip! It was cool to meet new faces! and see some others who I haven't seen for a long time! Thanks George and Diane for putting this together! Great job!
