What did you do to your rig today?

Recommended Posts

I finally moved my rear spring buckets back to correct the spring arc and shortened my rear shock brackets while I was at it. AND I finally updated my build thread, so check it out: Number 7 thread George

Oh no, my karma is right on! I had pulled over and so I was just pulling back onto I-10 when the tire flew off.....Imagine the difference had I still been going 60+ mph! I am quite grateful for no injuries!

and IDK about the lug nuts.....who's to know...?

Holy Cow Karen! Who worked on your Jeep? I think somebody thought somebody else was going to tighten the lug nuts and quite frankly I think we're lucky you're not hurt or worse! At least have a word with whomever may be responsible, just as an FYI! I'd ask for them to replace that brand new KM2 while they're at it, but you know me. And thank goodness it wasn't worse! Dang girl - proud of you for hanging on so good! d

Yes, I can be quite the old broad and hang on, until it catches up with me later and I sit back and shake a little and then send my thanks onto God that I had pulled over and wasn't still traveling at 60+ mph!

And yes, I am talking to the shop who last worked on Gracie.

So I sent the cookies on with Mike, the brownies on with Jim, and the firewood on with Mark....

And a special Thank God for dear friends who go out of their way and help me. I am quite blessed.
