I brought my LJ home Saturday. It had spent the last 8 months at the Ob1 Jeep spa. It now resides at my new AZ. address.

This really isn't much compared to the build threads I see on this site but it's a big step in the right direction for me

When we were inspecting the new to us '97 Dodge truck prior to purchasing it, we noticed that the rear window was not seated. Today I took it to one of our local shops and had them re-install the rear window with a new gasket, which he said was barely hanging on and I was lucky to get it home from Prescott without losing it! And I had them flush the transmission. Too bad G forgot to tell me to have them also flush the transfer-case, I'll have them do that when I return next week for my free oil-change (because I used their glass-guy!).

Picked these up today, d30/d44 out of a 4.7 WJ. Not much of an upgrade for the guys with the V8, but will make a big difference in my lil 4.0. Going to build up the d30 a bit, have a truss and gussets on their way and I already had all the new parts to replace all the moving parts in it. So it should be better than new!! Also got to step up my gear ratio from 3.55 to 3.73. Picked up the axles for $500, not including the parts that I already had on hand to put into my old d30 this should be under $1000 for the swap. attachment.php?attachmentid=2606&stc=1&d=1423970888
