Stacey and Scott 1,171 Posted October 31, 2020 Got the 4.56's in, got through the 500 mile break in with no issues, got a new AEV lift ordered. The stars are aligning rather quickly for a set of 35's. Thank you overtime God's. In the meantime I'm going to enjoy the dragster like performance with 33's behind those gears
johnpa 746 Posted November 1, 2020 Thanks to Kris, I purchased a Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 OBDII scanner for Android & iOS to program my jku. It has many settings but I was most interested in the tires size and gear ratio change. Now my odometer and speedo are correct. The cost was only $50. 30 for the scanner, 20 for the app. You can also add more vehicles to the one device.

Got the quick disconnect pins installed on the front sway bar, now I just need to come up with a way to tie them up while disconnected. I have a few ideas in mind, just need to figure out which idea is the best method to use. Jason for sway bar holders - i've done it like this on the past couple rigs: https://offroadpassport.com/forums/topic/4242-late-to-the-party-theksmiths-2016-jk-unlimited-rubicon/page/50/?tab=comments#comment-52486

Then I installed a synthetic rope 9500lb winch. Being that I'm a stay at home dad gives me much free time to wrench away on my Jeep. Normally by this time of year we've spent more money on vacations/traveling than what we've spent over the past few weeks on the Jeep. Also, Sarah's been working from home full time since mid March so we're not spending money on gas, auto insurance premiums are lower, not eating out as much, various things like that free up spending money. All thanks to the pandemic. 😜 Jason You guys are making me feel lazy. All I've done lately is make a couple of brackets to mount a shovel & axe to the rack. If it buys me any points I'm waiting for my lift to come in, then I'll have bloody knuckles and bragging rights.
