1 pointWe bought two of them last year for our annual trip to Colorado. I sprayed them down heavily with camp dry a few weeks before the trip. they did not leak at all, held up to the wind of the summer storms and are extremely easy to set up. One of them is out at Country Thunder in Florence right now. My kids (ok yound adults) like them because they are so easy to set up and take down. We have taken them on seven camping trips since we picked them up and they are still holding up fine. I always put a ground mat down so the floor still looks new. Not sure how it would hold up to a hard storm or heavy snow but I have much better tents for those times.
