I wanted to introduce myself to the group as a new vendor sponsor. My name is Rich Schnippel, I founded Encore RV in 2021. Our first products were the RŎG Adventure Trailer lineup which has expanded to 9 different models. Our products are unique in that they are 100% wood-free in construction and utilize an all-aluminum, all-tube chassis and frame where every tube is welded 360°. We manufacture our frames with our exclusive Tri-Bond 360 Construction, we do this by assembling the chassis and frame components in a three-step process. Components begin by being bonded together with an industrial adhesive called KoraPur 140 (this acts as a vibration dampener and creates tremendous strength), before the adhesive cures, the components are held together with industrial fasteners, and once everything is put together, we go back and weld everything together creating a fully welded cage frame. The structure is so solid and strong that we offer a 5-Year Structural Warranty. Our cabinets are also wood-free and are made of 1/8" aluminum plate that is CNC laser cut, formed, and powdercoated. Each attachment point is indexed into the cabinet during the laser process assuring that our assembly team installs every cabinet identically...and by indexing each mounting point we are assured that the fasteners are mounting directly to the aluminum tubing in the frame...they're so strong we call them "Forever Cabinets"...you won't arrive at your campsite and find a cabinet hanging from the wall or lying on the floor...and the cabinets won't delaminate or rot like wood cabinets if they are every subjected to moisture or water...they just perform day in and day out...year after year, like they should. I've been in the RV/Trailer space for the past 25 years and worked with some amazing companies including ATC (The Aluminum Trailer Company) and inTech where I was one of the owners of the company prior to founding Encore RV. I've always been fascinated by the Overland space and been a fan of off-road vehicles. I'm on my second Toyota FZJ-80, my all-time favorite off-road vehicle. My first was a 1995 and my current Land Cruiser is a 1996, which is by far my favorite year. The fact that they run forever as long as you maintain them and take care of them makes them an awesome vehicle and they are built to handle higher miles and continue delivering years of reliable service. My other tow vehicle is an Audi Q7 with an APR Stage 1 tune bumping the horsepower to 458HP (stock 333HP), and torque at 387 ft lbs. (stock 325 ft lbs.). I'd love to convert this one over to an overland vehicle, but it's my wife's daily driver, so that unfortunately, will not happen anytime soon.
