A welding or fabrication shop is your best bet. Most radiator shops don’t handle custom work like that anymore. Look for a local fab shop that does aluminum or steel welding (depending on your pan). I’ve got the ICECO JP30 and it’s been solid super efficient and quiet. Your setup idea sounds doable.
