According to recreation.gov Fees are waived for Martin Luther King Day (Jan 20th) for Tonto National Forest OHV Permit.     It's a holiday for a lot of folks and the weather should be nice so let's hit the trail.    I am thinking around 10:00am at the Usery Pass Trail Head.     A permit is usually required but not on Jan 20th!   Bring something for lunch.  We'll stop for about an hour for lunch   Technical Rating: 2.5    REQUIREMEN
