Hi Mark, it's no rumor. I submitted my 1st article yesterday. Glad you're on board, and I'll take a look at those recipes for some inspiration. BTY, Swamp Stompin' Bayou Spice kicks butt on everything I've tried it on: tilapia, beef and chicken. Yumm-O!
