Saw this linked on higherground 4X4. I'm going to try to be there for some wheelin on Saturday. No camping for me and the family though.

So i'm out. I will be Working in Douglas through Sunday. This is pretty typical when it comes to my work. It makes it tough to plan anything. Of course in this economy i'm not going to complain about extra work. Hate to miss it but i'll keep my eye on the forum for another good trip.

I remember now. You were helping out at the dumpsters right? Well, i'm looking forward to running a new trail with some new folks. No doubt i'll be the lone pickup in the group but that's nothing new.

Well, in that case i think i'll try to make this run. Count me in and lets hope the work phone doesn't ring. Number 7, have i run into you on a trail somewhere?

I've never run this one. Can i squeeze a fullsize through?

A group of us from HG4X4 ran this a few weeks ago and it has changed quite a bit. There are fewer bypasses and often the hard line is the only line. It is also very overgrown from low traffic. The creek bed has changed alot at the beginning so finding the trail is more of a challenge for the first couple of miles. We crossed the Verde at the end below the dam and barely made it but i see your not planning to do that. No doubt it wil be a blast/challenge with the added difficulty of snowy rocks. Have fun!
