matt@expaz 2 Posted September 9, 2013 A week ago (on Labor Day) we headed down south for a new adventure to Pena Blanca Canyon. We got really lucky and hit it just after a big storm rolled through earlier in the am. This was one of the best adventures I've been on in a while. Lots of water (maybe a little too much at one point as it was up to the half-way mark on my doors), an awesome waterfall, narrow canyon, lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. matt@expaz 2 Posted September 14, 2013 The hike is about 8 miles. Most of it very easy, with little elevation gain and along the road. Your feet (and possibly more) may get wet depending upon when you hike it.
