azmojave 64 Posted November 30, 2025 (edited) This trail has been on my to do list for years and we finally did it on our way to KOFA. First of all, it’s fun! Second of all, it’s scary as hell. 😆 It’s a very narrow ridge trail with a lot of chunky ups and downs, and you can’t see a thing over every crest. You really have to pay attention on this one! Here’s a link to the main part, but we traveled all the way to the Army base. https://www.trailsoffroad.com/US/arizona/scout-routes/1924-laguna-ridge Edited March 12 by azmojave

4x4tographer 3,642 Posted December 3, 2025 Nice photos! Reminds me a little of Red Canyon Trail just north of the Bradshaw Trail.
Curly 1,317 Posted December 3, 2025 I used to live in Yuma and knew of the trail, but it was too steep for my liking. Lots of ATVs on it too.
Curly 1,317 Posted December 3, 2025 (edited) @dzJeepChic Several peaks in that photo. L-R Castle dome, Unknown, Thumb butte or the Mitten (look close for the thumb, this is the mountain above Big Eye mine) and Coronation Peak. Coronation peak is on the other side of the mountain range near Wellton. Edited December 3, 2025 by Curly
