thanks all, had a fun time!

 

we got home about 8pm... we went all the way up the oracle control road and down the other paved side and came home via i-10, neat views on both sides of the mountain!

Got the truck unloaded today, had a blast. The cave was a trip. I was pooped out after this trip. George:cool:

jeep made it back no problems; going out to play by the verde river this morning to see if i can get the oil pressure gauge to act up again. thank you for the food and fun everyone!

Hi Mike,

 

We cooked it about 40 minutes. You're supposed to cook it for 3 minutes per lb., and everything I read about it said to add 5 more minutes. That was supposed to be at 350*, which we had a difficult time maintaining; when it got to 350* it was bubbling over, so we turned it down a bit.

 

It came out really good, moist and good flavor.
