If we can make it work I would like to stop for lunch at AJ’s co-op Grill in Arlington. It’s a well known Burger joint (and more.)  We should be driving right by it on our way to the historic Gellespie Dam and bridge overlook.  I intend to do a pre-ride to see how it times out. Should be an easy fun ride. 
I will keep you posted.

The Co-Op is a MUST stop!  We eat their about once a week, mostly because it's the closest place to us, but also because we really do enjoy the food.
