My ride pulled in along the highway, within 30 seconds of you pulling away.

Back home on a Brand new never used before flat bed. I had road coverage, just wanted to do it the hard way.

cost me $60 in overage, and the OTHER coverage I have will reimburse that. Still haven't looked to see what's leaking.

Dianne and Ralph saw us off just as we were leaving, they were coming out to the highway.

Nadine is back from Havasu Falls, we were home within 15 minutes of one another getting home.

Had a great time, wind and all.

Glad you made it home okay Bill! Thank you for letting us know, because you know it would've killed us wondering how it all came out!

I started a picture thread. Click Here to link to pictures from this trip. d

I finally made it back! The route I wanted to take to the warm spring was blocked off, so I ended up hiking 1.5 miles one way to get to it. It was a nice soak when I finally found it.

Once I hit Wickenburg, I drove south to run the Belmont mountain trail (in the Wells book) on the way home.

Thanks to Ralph and Diane for hosting and G & D for leading! :)

Hey Gear, did you cross Burro Creek or The Big Sandy on your route? If so how were the crossings? I'm not sure where the springs are but I've heard of them. Glad you found them. d

Hi Diane. The turnoff I wanted to use had been destoyed during road widening, so I ended up parking under the bridge that crosses Kaiser springs canyon. I then hiked downstream to Warm springs canyon, where I found the spring.

I ran into two people at warm spring that had drove their quads down there. They gave me the driving directions to the spring, so if we want to go back we can drive right down to it! :) I'll post the GPS track for this driving route later on today. I hope this makes sense. Here is a good write-up as well:

So it was a stick that killed the ghost.

A magic stick. It poked a hole in the side of the radiator and also nicked the hose enough to make it leak. It took out the fan and the lower radiator shroud and bent a line on the oil cooler, and then disappeared without the slightest trace. The only place for a stick to get near any of that is the size of my fist and 26 inches away from the radiator and BEHIND my winch mount, and the stick would have had to be bent at about the same angle/diameter as a hoolahoop to hit it.

$800. No time for Ebay parts. Had to go to the dealer for the fan and shroud.
