Our new 2000 XJ

Recommended Posts

We finally found a Cherokee worth the money. It is a 2000 cherokee sport.

Does any one have stock or black rims. Or know where I can pick up a set for cheap. I need to get rid of the 20" rims.

I have some stock steel XJ wheels and tires that I use as rollers. I'll trade you for your rollers. George:cool:

I agree with Scott, keep the bling! Aluminium won't rust in Illinois will it?

Update:

While driving back from Chicago we blew the radiator in santa rosa NM. A couple of weeks ago I found that one of the core plugs is leaking badly. I also found several other problems associated with the engine ( not to mention the suspension and drive train. What it needs: new exhaust, water pump, thermostat, rear crank seal, oil pan gasket, clean power and ground, pwr steering lines, core plugs and a new fan shroud. We contemplated selling it and finding a new one but decided just to fix this one.

I decided to just pull the engine and fix it at once. Will be pulling it on 14th, but went ahead and removed the exhaust from the manifold back.
