...NUT that houses the NIPPLE...

Well played. Well played.

i think you should cut way more to clearance that nipple. articulating either side of the axle by itself might not cause interference. however, it looks like the first time you come off of a whoop and fully droop both sides at the same time, then the angle of the drag-link will become more vertical while the mount stays level, and therefore sheer that nipple right off. maybe give it at least a 1/2" of clearance - just cut a decent "V" out of that upper part of the mount... or just point the nipple down (can't tell if that would expose to getting ripped off by obstacles or not from the pics).

There's enough space that the valve stem could be reversed but it'd be travelling awfully close to the axle tube.

Left it the way it was and ended up cutting half a circle out of the axle mount to relieve the valve stem

Applied some semi gloss with a q-tip to keep rust at bay and threw it back on valve stem up

Now there's enough space for articulation with no contact even after a night out flexing at the coves

I also did the "Walmart Platinum Burner" rock light installation.

main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=244805

Relatively easy for most:rolleyes:

The switches worked out for me, mounted them on the kick panel so i can toggle them on and off with my toes.

Mounted my halogens as per "wayalife's" instructions.

Sweet! I have had two pairs of those waiting for installation for about six years. Did you center them, one above rear axle and one under front bumper?

I got two pair too.

Installed the fronts just behind my grill supports similar to what wayalife did on his JK:

main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=244793

The rear set was mounted wherever i could find a good clear spot on the underside above the axle.

Trying not to drill any holes, the driver side got bolted to an extra slot on the factory emergency brake cable mount and I found a tapped hole far enough away from the muffler that lined up well on the passenger side.
