I've got a place to plop my arse finally! Lol, the living area came out nice. We're pretty well unpacked.

Looking really great!!

fyi - I finished unpacking my final 12 boxes last April when covid first hit...It feels good to know that I don't have boxes in the garage!

Fall is easily my favorite season here in Mohave County. Not super hot, not super cold. My favorite time of the year to get stuff done outside!

Thanks! I think it gets a lot colder out here than it does down by the river though. I'm planning on it anyhow. :)

This is absolutely true. The Kingman area stays 15-20 degrees cooler in the summer, and snows sometimes in the winter. Its a much more temperate area, so you won't get as heat blasted as we are, fortunately. My employers liked the difference so much that they actually live in Kingman and make the commute down daily. Can't say I blame them, haha
