Even at 150,000 miles on it, sometimes its best to leave well enough alone. Nothing like replacing case and shafts only to possibly get a vibration or something else that wasn't there before. You know the drill... Now I will start to listen to my own preachings....lol

I run 255/85r16 KM2 10ply's on the 4Runner. I would had preferred a 6 ply, but they are not readily available in that size. I was looking for a true 33" without having to do considerable mods to the body. They are a comfortable ride. As Scott said, when aired down there is practically no sidewall buldge. I usually run 35 psi for the road and 12-15 psi on the trail. I would think with the TJ wheelbase the ride may be a little harsh both on and off road though.
